When I received the package I noticed that seeds were falling out of it! There were holes in 2 corners of the box, and when I opened the box, seeds were scattered all around. On the birdseed packaging itself, the bottom 2 corners were open. I would estimate that I lost about a pound of the seeds during shipment.
I guess the Fedex shipping warehouse mice are eating the lost seeds as I write this.
Just set up the bird feeder this morning, hopefully I will see something this week. Nothing yet as of today though.
I will try some other way of getting bird seeds next time.

I'd say the birds and a couple resident squirrels, LOVE THIS FOOD! They all look healthy. They come back everyday and some of them stick around through out the day. A couple of the baby doves actually sit down in the seeds after eating, it's such a lovely thing to see. The birds fill up on the seeds and leave the grapes I have growing alone.....I hope it works for the apple tree in November. :-D
