This Wusthof Knife Life Sharpener is a two stage knife sharpener with a built-in scissors sharpener. The carbide side sets your knife's edge, while the ceramic side finishes the edge. The scissors sharpener will sharpen both blades for left- or right-handed scissors at the same time. The E-Z grip handle and non-slip rubber feet helps to keep the sharpener in place and safe to use. The Knife Life Sharpener is for both right and left handed use.

The knife sharpener does the job as it is suppose too. I never realized how dull my knife set was till I sharpened it with this product. They are really fantastic knives now to use. Cuts are very clean and easy. A sharp knife is always better than a dull knife. I would definitely recommend this product to friends. Very easy to use.

I have been looking for a knife sharpener for long. The ones available on the store shelves were a lot more expensive, till I can across this one on Amazon. I got one and have been using it. It is a great product. I understand that the sharpener will wear off after some time as it shaves off a it of metal each time it sharpens, but at the price point, I would be comfortable ordering a new one after 1 or 2 years. I would highly recommend.

I live in a rural area and could not find a person to sharpen knives. I found the Wusthof sharpener in an exclusive kitchen store while on vacation. The sales clerk was demonstrating the product and it was so easy. The drawback was the waiting line of 20+ so I walked out. Returning home I surfed Amazon and found this product for half the price of the kitchen store. I received it quickly and it has saved me from throwing out my knives! It works perfectly and restored a sharp edge to some 30 year old knives. The only drawback is that the scissor sharpener is a little awkward with some larger scissors.

Best knife sharpener I've yet had. Easy to use, and I sharpen all my cutting knives with it. Highly recommend, especially if you can get it free with a purchase like I did!
